How to Take a Screenshot:

  1. Press the “Print Screen” key.
  2. Open Paint.
  3. Press Ctrl+V to paste the screenshot.
  4. Click the Diskette icon to save.
  5. Type your desired file name and select JPEG in the “Save as type” field.

How to insert an image in MS Word:

  1. Open MS Word.
  2. Click the “Insert” tab and choose “Picture”.
  3. Locate the directory and image that you would like to insert.
  4. Click the “Insert” button right beside “Cancel”.
  5. You will then see the image in your Word document.
