How to Take a Screenshot:
- Press the “Print Screen” key.
- Open Paint.
- Press Ctrl+V to paste the screenshot.
- Click the Diskette icon to save.
- Type your desired file name and select JPEG in the “Save as type” field.
How to insert an image in MS Word:
- Open MS Word.
- Click the “Insert” tab and choose “Picture”.
- Locate the directory and image that you would like to insert.
- Click the “Insert” button right beside “Cancel”.
- You will then see the image in your Word document.
