A conviction for any drug offense, during a period of enrollment for which the student was receiving Title IV, HEA program funds, under any federal or state law involving the possession or sale of illegal drugs will result in the loss of eligibility for any Title IV, HEA grant, loan, or work-study assistance.

Notice to students that have lost Title IV eligibility due to a drug conviction:

ABTU will provide a written notice to any student who has lost federal student aid eligibility due to a drug conviction, confirming their loss of aid eligibility and advising them of the ways in which they can regain eligibility.
